1. Sponsor: The Sponsor of this Giveaway is Noelle.

2. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Noelle and its parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted starting immediately upon receipt of the announcement email and ending on April 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST.

4. How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered by joining the Noelle email list as directed in the announcement email. The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements to be eligible to win. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Noelle.

5. Prize: One Winner will receive:

• One (1) night stay at Noelle (room and tax included)

• A $100 Food & Beverage credit to be used during the stay

The prize is valid for one year from the date of prize notification. The stay is subject to availability. The $100 credit has no cash value and any unused portion will be forfeited. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including but not limited to travel, incidental charges and any federal, state or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: One Winner will be selected via random drawing under the supervision of Noelle on April 15, 2026. The Winner will be notified via email within five (5) days following selection. Noelle shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings.

7. General Terms: Noelle reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention or other cause beyond Noelle’s control corrupt the administration, security or fairness of the Giveaway.
