Is the hotel non-smoking?
Noelle is a smoke-free property, and that includes e-cigs and vapes. Any violations will be penalized with a $350 smoke fee added to your stay.

When is check-in and check-out?
Rooms are available to check-in at 4 pm and check-out is 11 am. If you need special arrangements, please contact the front desk.

Is there an age limit for guest checking in to Noelle?
Guests must be 18 years-old (or accompanied by someone 18 years of age or older) to check-in at Noelle.

Is there parking at Noelle?
Yes, we offer valet parking. Cost is $30 a day or $69 for overnight stays. Plus applicable taxes on the daily and overnight rates.
Complimentary valet parking is available for up to two hours for all guests dining at Lona and Rare Bird. Please ask your server for a validation code.

Do you offer laundry service or dry cleaning?
Yes, we have valet dry cleaning Monday – Saturday, pick-up 8:30 am and return by 5 pm. Pricing varies based on type and quantity of items.
