In keeping with the soul of our storied hotel, Noelle will be flying the coop and spreading our wings. Beginning December 21, 2022, Noelle will transition from a Marriott Tribute Portfolio property to a fully independent lifestyle hotel, allowing for more creative liberty to cater to the curious personalities in one of the country’s most exciting cities: Nashville, a town full of wild animals and lovely people.
As we transition to an independent hotel, we have compiled a list of FAQs that will be helpful should you have any questions.

Why is Noelle moving away from the Tribute Portfolio?

I have a group booked for next year. What will change in my contract?
Your Group Sales Manager will work with you on any contract changes. For questions about any contracts, please get in touch with your sales manager or ajemley@noelle-nashville.com.
I am a repeat guest at your hotel. Will my amenities be different than they were in the past?
We are excited to unveil new and exciting amenities in 2023. Please continue to check back for updates on new amenities, including our Wellness Passport, our Innovator Guest Dinner Series, and new guest room features with enhanced décor. Much of the décor is in partnership with independent artisans and makers.
I booked a reservation for next year on the Marriott website — how do I change the reservation?
You may revise your current reservations via the Marriott website. Any modifications will be reflected in our system. Should you need additional assistance, please get in touch with Marriott, at GuestRelations@marriott.com.
I booked a reservation for 2023 – will my reservation change?
All reservations and rates will be honored through our transition, and you will receive a modified confirmation number via email. If you booked your reservation using Marriott Bonvoy points, your reservation will be moved to a comparable Marriott hotel. For more information, contact Marriott directly, at GuestRelations@marriott.com.
I wish to cancel my reservation and continue to stay with Marriott.
You may cancel at no penalty through the Marriott Bonvoy app. Should you have any additional questions, please contact Marriott directly at 1.866.912.1124.
I booked Noelle using my Marriott Explore Rate. Will this be honored?
Yes! If you previously booked with us at an Explore Rate, we will honor this rate.
Why am I still seeing the Marriott booking engine when I book?
Reservations for stay dates before December 21 will be redirected to the Marriott Booking engine. For stay dates after December 21, you will be directed to our new booking platform.
I am a travel agent. How do I find you on the GDS?
We will now be part of the Makeready GDS Code: MY.
