Is the hotel non-smoking?
Yes, all public areas, restaurants and guest rooms are non-smoking.
When is check-in and check-out?
Rooms are available to check-in at 4 pm and check-out is 11 am. If you need special arrangements, please contact the front desk.
How much do you charge for high-speed/Wi-Fi internet access?
We are pleased to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for our guests!
Do you have a Business Center?
We do not have a dedicated Business Center but our concierge and front desk teams are happy to assist with any printing needs you may have.
Do you have a pool and/or spa?
We do not have a pool or spa, but we find our rooftop lounge equally relaxing! Don’t forget to visit Rare Bird while you’re here.
Is there parking at Noelle?
Yes, we offer valet parking. Cost is $20 a day or $49 for overnight stays.
Is Noelle pet friendly?

Do you offer laundry service or dry cleaning?
Yes, we have valet dry cleaning Monday – Saturday, pick-up 8:30 am and return by 5 pm. Pricing varies based on type and quantity of items.
Can I have a package shipped to Noelle in advance of my stay?
Absolutely! Due to demand and limited storage space, the following fee will be applied to your folio.
