Join us 13 flights up to howl at the moon and enter an extra special Halloween raffle. Guests of Rare Bird will be entered for a chance to win a complimentary overnight stay at Noelle along with a custom hat from Keep Shop.

Raffle entries will be collected from each guest check from 2-9 pm on Monday, October 31st. One lucky winner will be drawn at 9 pm, and the winner must be present to win.
